We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to iMago at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms and Conditions or is harmful to other users, to us, or to third parties.
iMago is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, iMago and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
